Skills/Experience
Main roles and responsibilities::
- Responsible for the Design and implementation of the Business Development Plan and Sales strategy.
- Responsible for the Design and implementation of the Strategic and Operational Marketing Plan.
- Responsible for International Cooperation.
- Lead the Improvement Process Plan.
- Responsible for Accounting Security, including IT Security.
- Responsible for the Prevention of Money Laundering.
- Human Resources Organization.
- Presentation of Reports to the Board of Directors and other interest groups including financial authorities.
Requirements:
- University academic degree in one of the following areas: accounting, finance or administration, preferably with an MBA.
- Experience of no less than 10 years in a similar position in financial institutions active in foreign exchange and futures trading operations. Experience in financial institutions regulated, dedicated to sending international remittances will be an advantage.
- High level of knowledge of accounting and regulatory standards including the prevention of Money Laundering.
- Strong skills for analyzing financial reports.
- Great capacity for numerical understanding.
- Leadership both within the internal team in the organization, and over other interest groups including shareholders and markets.
- High ability to solve problems and offer timely and accurate solutions.
- Strategic thinker.
- Business understanding and vision that allow you to align investment objectives with the financial goals of the organization.
- Communication skills to express yourself effectively with audiences of various levels.
- Ability to make decisions, considering macroeconomic variables and assuming calculated risks.
- High sense of integrity and ethics at work, serving as a model for your work team in correct compliance with legal regulations.
